The EAST AUSTIN SOCCER CLUB strives to develop the skills, knowledge, character, and love of the game for all players to their utmost potential. Our vision centers on the basic premise that the club exists for the 'Player'. All decisions and programming elements must serve the best interest of the players. The EASC training program will focus on the individual technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of every player. It is the only way to allow players the opportunity to fully enjoy the sport, and therefore develop to their full potential. At EASC, our overriding philosophy is based on the belief that team sports help develop the talents and skills that children will use throughout their lives. Although winning is a component of any sports-related activity, EASC seeks to develop the virtues of sportsmanship, physical fitness, and a positive self image.
MISSION STATEMENT
The East Austin Soccer Club provides a comprehensive select soccer program for players aged under 11 to under age 18 and an advanced recreational soccer program for players aged under 9 to under age 10. EASC serves the Austin , Manor, Pflugerville, and Round Rock communities, and provides an atmosphere based upon Family, Fun, Sportsmanship, Commitment, and Respect. The East Austin Soccer Club also provides quality support and training for our affiliated recreational clubs.

2. Provide a superior professional training staff focused on the players.
3. Provide opportunities to compete at all levels of play within each age group.
4. Provide superior game and practice facilities.
5. Educate and assist our senior players in their endeavor to seek collegiate playing and scholarship opportunities.
6. Cooperation, respect, and maturity, among the adults in our club, will encourage the same qualities in our players.
